it all, calmly, at a slow pace. You go around by bicycle or on a moped, to get lost in its

wildest part. You buy freshly caught fish at the port, you can taste the tasty specialties ̀ of the local tradition, let yourself be surprised by the intense blue of the sea among its coves. La Tonnara, the cathedral of tuna will leave you breathless for its architectural beauty that you cannot wait...

To end the evening in one of the typical family-run restaurants to taste the Cabbucio prepared in Levanzara style. If you are looking for the island that does not exist ̀... You found it!

The island closest to the Sicilian coasts is Formica, a rock that houses an old trap now

used as a recovery center against drug addiction. After that, between Formica and Levanzo rises Maraone,

a small strip of land in where various species of birds nest. In front of Favignana rise the islands of Preveto, Galera and Galeotta, which are part of the protected nature reserve. In particular, Preveto is home to an absolutely dream beach. Finally, the famous Faraglione is there. ’islet located in front of Levanzo, right in front of the beautiful Cala Faraglione.

ISLANDS OF STAGNONE

The formation of these islands is quite recent, but they still offer a great deal to its visitors.

Isola Grande separates the lagoon from the open sea and is a perfect oasis of natural

peace. You will therefore find a decidedly particular native

fauna, including pink flamingos and mallards, and the splendid San Teodoro beach.
